The Leadership Institute is an innovative program preparing students for their
academic and professional careers through successful decision-making. The program concentrates on leadership training, team
building, group decision-making, problem solving, higher level thinking skills, community service, and building school spirit.
Students engage in leadership seminars throughout the year led by teachers and community
business leaders to enhance their educational experience.
Students will learn to use leadership theory, reflection,
and application as they become involved in school and community service projects. The program will encourage individual standards
of growth and development in students. Students will learn to become responsible citizens and they are expected to participate
in school and community service with high standards and ethics.
